Super Hotel with Great Breakfast!

fresh juice friendly staff fantastic location

I loved the breakfast options. English bacon and poached eggs were available. the breakfast juice tasted freshly squeezed, unlike powdered versions. the hotel location is fantastic (close to everything!)! the staff were friendly.

my room could have used a small refresh.

the reception staff was efficient at check-in, completing the process in just five minutes. the dining area waitresses provided great service. i found the general staff friendly and helpful.

early hours noisy room

The breakfast offered a nice variety. It included English bacon and fresh juice.

The noise was a problem. Loud groups were partying until early hours and I was in a room above the entrance. I asked for a quiet room when I booked, I did not get it.

single beds expensive drinks

the room i got weren't exactly what i wanted. i specifically requested a double bed but got stuck with two singles. i rang reception to see if something can be done, but they said that's all they do. also, the view was supposed to be of the pool, but it was mostly the hotel next door and that was no fun. the drinks at the pool bar were also too expensive and i think that's why nobody drinks there at night, so i didn't buy no vodka slushes there.

fantastic stay!

plentiful items friendly staff super clean rooms free safe

I loved the food! the chef made sure all the items were plentiful and cooked perfectly. the location was great, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. They couldn't do enough for us! the rooms were super clean, and i loved that the safe was free.

the lifts sometimes felt a bit slow, but honestly, that was the only tiny thing that bothered me!

The large pool area was a definite highlight, providing plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The attentive staff maintained the area beautifully. there was also a very useful on-site shop, stocking a wide range of essentials and souvenirs.

central location super clean room daily cleaning helpful service

The location is central, a real highlight for exploring. my room was super clean, cleaned daily to a high standard, which i appreciated. the breakfast selection had amazing variety. I found something new each morning. the staff consistently offered friendly, helpful service throughout my visit.

The evening entertainment finished a little early for my taste. I wish it extended later into the night.

My twin room was well-kept, complete with a spacious balcony offering decent views. I enjoyed the free safe. the shower had strong water pressure and consistent hot water. the room also included efficient air conditioning.

The full board option was a fantastic value. I got my money's worth even using it sparingly. the breakfast selection was AMAZING!!! it included fresh fruit, pastries, and a variety of hot dishes. i never had a problem finding something i liked.
